All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by Arasa Herbals.

Digital offerings, including courses, classes, and downloadable content, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If you experience a technical issue or believe a refund is warranted, please reach out within 7 days of purchase. Each request will be considered thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Inability to engage with the material after access is granted

• Offers where the refund window has closed
